After I posted the story outing Holly Briley for being the criminal that a few of us knew she was Mrs. Briley then had to defend herself by posting this comment on the now DEAD RadioNewz blog......
What Holly is trying to say here is that she feels she does NOT have to follow the same laws as every other citizen who lives in Washington Court House the city that put the laws in place. What I get from her comment is that since she moved from Florida to Ohio she shouldn't have to pay any taxes to the city until she has lived there for at least a year.
Well Mrs. Briley you are not above anyone else who has to pay taxes on their income and from the looks of it you agreed to make payments on the past due amount that was owed or you would have spent some time behind bars, correct?

Holly Briley says that she will NEVER EVER pay the taxes but look what she does to keep herself out of jail.....she has to pay the fines, taxes, interest and penalties or face 30 days in jail on each count. It is going to be fun watching the heifer do damage control the next few days and after Jon goes to court on the 17th of this month (LOL).
Mrs. Briley has a real nasty habit of blowing smoke up peoples asses to make herself look like some type of victim when in reality she is the one victimizing others.....I am just returning the favor.

Well, her credit looks bad. They're desperate for money. Back taxes....no doubt. The links that put their financial sitch out there, don't lie about their state OR WHY they are always seeking civil law suits or trying to make an unhonest day's penny on youtube.
They are determined to have millions fall in their laps. Who do you think Holly's next law suit will be against? This cow ain't done milking! She's probably on welfare, which is why she's at home all the live long day, putering 24/7 and posting the same blogs over and over again. She's got nothing. Her life is just plain sad.

PS....yes, Holly created Amelia Sobel. The actress that filled in for the 'role' is her daugther, Krysta. The pics are of her, as well. What kind of mother would ask her daugther to do this? Family business I guess.
Guys, Holly believes she's smarter than the law. She has created situations to SUE and WIN BIG! We all know how far this takes her. It's Oct 2012 and she's in serious debt. She'll be claiming bankruptcy. Mark my words. Her first target was Brianne Chantal. Brianne wrote a book. 'Amelia' wrote a book. Amelia didn't make a red cent. I don't think Brianne's faired much better, but it created an oppty for 'Amelia' to sue Brianne for copyrights and all kinds of shit. This is how far she'll go.
...and just because she deletes, doesn't mean her Amelia blogs and twitter are gone from the net, forever. They're cached permanently.
