Well it looks like with the help of my new found friend Ward Cleaver (who just so happens to be from the Ohio area) we were able to poke some holes in that little lie as you will see.
Being arrested doesn't necessarily mean that you have to be placed in handcuffs, hauled away in the back of a police car and have your mugshot taken, no it doesn't, in fact you can be arrested by simply being given a summons ( like a traffic ticket) to appear in court as long as the crime isn't one of a violent or serious offense therefore one just simply agrees to appear in court on a set date and time but if you fail to appear then you get the special treatment with the handcuffs, mugshot and the police escort (LOL). Maybe that is what confused Holly when she made the statement that she had NEVER been arrested.

Hold on before you start spouting off about that not being a serious criminal offense and never did any jail time because there is more....A LOT MORE! It looks like Holly plead NOT GUILTY 4 different times to not paying taxes to the city. Its a 1st Degree Misdemeanor but still it is a crime.

I'm not done yet......seems that Jon isn't much better because he too has been brought up on the same charges.....in fact he (Jon) is scheduled to head to court on 10/17/2012 at 9:30 am
And for an added bonus (just for laughs) I'm tossing in Jon's almost identical criminal history.

Something I just noticed on the public records.. one of the OFFICERS is a T. Riley. Wasn't that name brought up in regards to Casey Anthony and the videos before? I can't remember the circumstances surrounding that name though.

I can see the heifer rolling around in her own fecal matter over this...Ha HA...I'm sure she thought no one would ever find out that she was a convicted criminal.

@Brianne The name Riley came up in January, after the vids were released, Levi tweeted and suggested that Jon Briley was really John Riley some one associated with Casey Anthony. I looked for the tweets,and a connection, I didn't rack my brain, but could not find them. I have a HUGE question. I'm assuming that "Ward Cleaver" is the person that used to go by "Leaveittobeaver" on radionewz.net. Some of the most vile comments I've ever read. Then I recently saw an apology to Murt on his blog from LITB. THEN I saw a new blog up by LITB. I was VERY excited about the truth coming out, whatever that may be. So sick of all this fighting and figured the truth would, at least, put a dent into all of it.
I was reading LITB's blog and it was awesome. He/She slammed the commenters threatening him, etc. apparently the threats came from Holly Briley's home town in Ohio.
Well, LeaveItToBeaver had me on the edge of my seat waiting for the big reveal.... Only to never post another word on his/her blog again! Very disappointing. WHAT HAPPENED? I want the rest of the story.
