So the next question is...."Do you have to be a YouTube Partner to get paid for your videos?" The answer I was able to obtain is NO you do not have to be a partner with YouTube to get paid for views on your videos.
All you need in order to get paid from YouTube is to sign up for an AdSense account....associate that account with your YouTube account and after you’ve associated an AdSense account with your YouTube account, you will earn revenue. Once your video makes $100.00 in revenue that's when YouTube/Google issues you a check.
Is Holly Briley being totally honest about her intentions? That I can't answer but only time will tell.
