The family of a juvenile filed a lawsuit against a website, Prinnified.com, alleging the site and several people who posted on the site, published false and defamatory statements concerning the teen.
This is in response to the Steubenville rape investigation in which two Steubenville High School athletes are facing charges.

Then again does it really surprise anyone that the person mentioned,'Prinnie', is being sued? After all just look at the internet reputation she has for attacking individuals that she feels will bring hits to her blog. Now I wonder what the great Joey Ortega thinks about his star blogger being sued (LOL)?

What Ms Goddard does not understand is that discovery is a two way street. The atty for the parents will be going after EVERYTHING that Goddard has ever posted about ANYONE. She has YEARS of history that she has to account for. IF she has homeowners insurance, or insurance of any kind, that is what the lawyers will be going after for damage payments. It will be the insurance company lawyers that control the case and not Goddard. If Goddard has no insurance, she will be in a world of hurt. She will need a lawyer and they require their money UP FRONT.
