Okay "Boy Wonder" guess you need someone to explain it to ya R-E-A-L S-L-O-W on why Prinnie is being sued.

Once again Prinnie is NOT being sued for blogging about the rape case. Prinnie is being sued for blogging about a minor child that she and others have CLAIMED was involved in the rape.

The minor child that Prinnie is blogging about has (to this day) NEVER been CHARGED with anything related to the rape case in Steubenville, Ohio.

Do you understand the reason now "Boy Wonder" or do you need it typed out a little

After I posted the story outing Holly Briley for being the criminal that a few of us knew she was Mrs. Briley then had to defend herself by posting this comment on the now DEAD RadioNewz blog......

What Holly is trying to say here is that she feels she does NOT have to follow the same laws as every other citizen who lives in ~~Washington Court House~~ the city that put the laws in place. What I get from her comment is that since she moved from Florida to Ohio she shouldn't have to pay any taxes to the city until she has lived there for at least a year.

Well Mrs. Briley you are not above anyone else who has to pay taxes on their income and from the looks of it you agreed to make payments on the past due amount that was owed or you would have spent some time behind bars, correct?

Holly Briley says that she will NEVER EVER pay the taxes but look what she does to keep herself out of jail.....she has to pay the fines, taxes, interest and penalties or face 30 days in jail on each count. It is going to be fun watching the heifer do damage control the next few days and after Jon goes to court on the 17th of this month (LOL).

Mrs. Briley has a real nasty habit of blowing smoke up peoples asses to make herself look like some type of victim when in reality she is the one victimizing others.....I am just returning the favor.

Holly, everyone has to pay taxes....Its the law and you are not above it! Oh and no biggie but I just thought since you stated that you were NEVER EVER going to pay those taxes it might be a good idea for the court to have possession of that comment before Jon goes to court on the 17th......so first thing Monday morning I'm making a call to Tom Riley to inform him of your intent of not EVER paying taxes.

Now let us all just sit back and savor this moment where you can picture Holly scrambling to come up with a new storyline for this little fiasco she just created for her and her family (the tax cheats).

I recall reading somewhere the Heifer claiming that she nor her husband Jon had ever been arrested/convicted of a crime at anytime in their lives.

Well it looks like with the help of my new found friend Ward Cleaver (who just so happens to be from the Ohio area) we were able to poke some holes in that little lie as you will see.

Being arrested doesn't necessarily mean that you have to be placed in handcuffs, hauled away in the back of a police car and have your mugshot taken, no it doesn't, in fact you can be arrested by simply being given a summons ( like a traffic ticket) to appear in court as long as the crime isn't one of a violent or serious offense therefore one just simply agrees to appear in court on a set date and time but if you fail to appear then you get the special treatment with the handcuffs, mugshot and the police escort (LOL). Maybe that is what confused Holly when she made the statement that she had NEVER been arrested.

Let me see if this can refresh her memory just a tad:

Hold on before you start spouting off about that not being a serious criminal offense and never did any jail time because there is more....A LOT MORE! It looks like Holly plead NOT GUILTY 4 different times to not paying taxes to the city. Its a 1st Degree Misdemeanor but still it is a crime.

This is just 1 of the 4 that she (Holly) was found Guilty on.

Its all Public Record so no need to start emailing anyone (blogger) and saying that I'm posting your personal information because we both know that its a big fat LIE (LOL).

I'm not done yet......seems that Jon isn't much better because he too has been brought up on the same charges.....in fact he (Jon) is scheduled to head to court on 10/17/2012 at 9:30 am

And for an added bonus (just for laughs) I'm tossing in Jon's almost identical criminal history.

So remember just because you were never placed in handcuffs and taken away in a police car doesn't mean you were NEVER arrested or CONVICTED of a crime as I and Ward Cleaver have just proven you were (convicted that is). No thanks needed but you are quite welcome (LOL).

Beating the bullies at their own game.....

Over the last several days I've sat back and watched vicious attacks play out against people and their families simply because of varying opinions. The question was asked over and over...."Why attack an innocent family member just because you are having an internet WAR with a person?"

What amazed me the most was as soon as The Stinky Pamper started attacking those people who had crossed the line, the tables quickly turned. Now the "Bullies" were calling for heads to roll because someone was attacking back.

So wait let me get this straight......the "Bullies" are saying that it was WRONG for The Stinky Pamper to post about the Heifers daughter but it was okay for the "Bullies" to post what they did about Blaiss's son (even if it is public record)? I say whats good for one is good for all (even if you don't agree with me).

What I found interesting throughout this whole mess is that once it started there was one person who all of a sudden went silent and that being.....The Heifer (Holly Briley). We all know she always has something to say but this time she just happen to sit silent or did she? Why is it that when these types of heated messes flare up she always disappears (the name HollyB) and waits for them to settle down before re-appearing? Could it be that she is the one whose always poking the bees nest and stirring things up to get a laugh or to cry she's the victim only to return seeking sympathy? Look at her track record.

Now they say I should back off the Heifers daughter Krysta Noel Briley..... I say "WHY?" The only thing I'm doing is bringing awareness to her parents online activities and yes people have a right to know. I'm beating the bullies at their own game. If the bullies make a retreat then yes I will do the same but until then...... GAME ON!
