Calm down peeps I violated no confidentiality agreement when I posted the e-mail that was sent to me. Upon speaking personally with the person(s) who sent the e-mail in question, I had obtained their permission in advance before it was posted as long as certain parts of said e-mail were not visible to the public which they weren't.

 

And with "Stinky" playing nice with their new found "FRIEND(S)" I was assured that my good deed of handing over what was asked of me rather than making them get a subpoena, wouldn't go unnoticed! Kinda like the saying goes -  "One hand washes the other."

                                                                 

JEFFERSON COUNTY, Ohio 

The family of a juvenile filed a lawsuit against a website, Prinnified.com, alleging the site and several people who posted on the site, published false and defamatory statements concerning the teen. 

This is in response to the Steubenville rape investigation in which two Steubenville High School athletes are facing charges. 

The teen who has filed the suit, along with his parents, was never arrested and did not take the witness stand during a recent hearing. 

The suit lists a number of comments posted on the blog and claims the false statements imply the teen was the mastermind behind the incident. Stay with NEWS9 for continuing coverage.

Now I understand why all the hits on the blog today and 90% of visitors got here by searching  www.google.com — sandra goddard prinnie-- This is going to be interesting to say the very least but that's the consequences one pays for going after a juvenile who may NOT have had anything to do with the crime in question. 

Then again does it really surprise anyone that the person mentioned,'Prinnie', is being sued? After all just look at the internet reputation she has for attacking individuals that she feels will bring hits to her blog. Now I wonder what the great Joey Ortega thinks about his star blogger being sued (LOL)?
